Refund policy

90-Night Sleep Trial

Every xbound pillow comes with a 90-night risk-free trial. If you or your child are not completely satisfied within 90 nights of delivery, contact us at bobosir8730@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund - no questions asked. You do not need to return the pillow for trial refund requests.

Standard Returns

Outside the sleep trial, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at bobosir8730@gmail.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. Photos of the issue help us resolve claims faster.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at bobosir8730@gmail.com.
